The Barnwell Foundation Spring Fling will be held at The Country Club of the South Club House on April 20, 2018, from 7:00 to 10:00 pm. All ticket sales and silent auction proceeds will help fund a STEM Sensory Garden and upgrade the special needs & preschool playground at Barnwell Elementary School. This adults-only event will feature an online silent auction, food, music, and wine, whiskey & beer tastings. Suggested attire for the Spring Fling is dressy casual. The food, beer, whiskey and wine tastings are included in the ticket price. We ask for a $45 donation per person for entry which includes all the processing fees. Your name will be at the registration table for entry to the Spring Fling. Ticket sales are limited to the first 150 people to register, so please register now. You can choose to donate a ticket for a Barnwell Staff member for an extra $40. These donated tickets are for Teachers and Barnwell Staff to attend the Spring Fling.
Thanks to your generous donations from last year's Spring Fling and this year's Fun Run, we have started on our STEM Sensory Garden! We are continuing our fundraising to plant perennials and add musical instruments in the garden and upgrade the side playground.
The Barnwell Foundation is a federally tax-exempt public charity qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. It's sole purpose is to fund projects that are vital to our children’s academic progress, but are beyond the reach of the school and PTA annual budgets. 100% of your donations qualify as charitable contributions and are tax deductible.
